Dr. Brad Snead joins Snead Eye Group<\/b><\/p>\n

FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 8, 2013) \u2013 Dr. John W. Snead, M.D., F.A.C.S., founder and medical director of Snead Eye Group, announces that Dr. Brad Snead, M.D.<\/a> has joined the practice.<\/p>\n

Dr. Brad Snead recently completed his ophthalmology residency at Georgia Regents University in Augusta. As Georgia Regents\u2019 Ophthalmology Residency Program is recognized as a leading program in the country,\u00a0Dr. Brad Snead\u2019s surgical training, expertise and case volume far exceeds many other doctors in practice today. He earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in biomedical sciences, Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University and his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. Dr. Brad Snead also completed an internal medicine internship at Baptist Hospital in Birmingham.<\/p>\n

In 2011, he was awarded first place for his resident research at GRU\u2019s Research Symposium. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.<\/p>\n
