To get more vitamin D, use canned light tuna rather than albacore, which is sometimes called canned white tuna.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe serves one person, so you will get about 150 IU of vitamin D from its 3 ounces of tuna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3 ounces drained tuna (packed in water)<br \/>1\/2 cup halved red grapes<br \/>1 tablespoon slivered almonds<br \/>1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint<br \/>1 tablespoon lemon juice<br \/>2 teaspoons olive oil<br \/>1\/8 teaspoons black pepper<br \/>1 whole-grain pita, halved<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Toss gently.
